How to store vanilla beans?

The right temperature for vanilla bean storage is room temperature. For tropical countries (like Thailand), you can simply put the beans in air-con room. Avoid direct heat and sunlight. Do not put vanilla beans in the fridge - because fridge temperature and humidity is not friendly to vanilla beans. 

Use mason jar or glass vial with lid as storage. 

Our vanilla beans can be kept 3-4 months, with proper storage :)
